A Runtime error occurs, what do I do?
First of all, thank you for bringing the problem to our attention.
The application is still being optimised to better respond to issues concerning its users.
Several reasons may cause such an error. Below are a few solutions:
- Update your computer via the Windows update website. Download and install the lastest available version of Visual C++ here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf
- Besides, you cannot install DOFUS if your computer user account is restricted, only an administrator account can do it.
- Finally, if you have a parental filter, you must give an authorization for DOFUS.
If this error still occurs, please send a ticket to Support and provide the logs.log file in the game installation folder.
