A message pops up mentioning a writing error which prevents the installation from being complete. What do I do?
This error may be due to two different things:
- Your computer user account is restricted and does not give you the necessary rights. In this case, you must ask your computer administrator to help you.
- A parental filter is installed on your computer forbidding you from copying the file. Antivirus or Firewall software may also prevent the file from being copied.
