Once payment has been confirmed (whether you’ve paid by cheque, transfer or bank card), you will receive an email telling you your account has been credited with one or more AC#6 passes, ordered from Ankama Shop. In this email you will find a link to your account management page on Ankama Shop. On this page, you will find a table called “My Electronic Tickets”. This is where you can print your AC#6 pass(es).
