I’ve not received my security code by email, why?

There are several possible reasons:

- The email address that you entered when you signed up isn’t correct. Access your Ankama account management page and update your email address.

- The email containing the security code was automatically sent to your spam folder. Check your mail filters to make sure it doesn’t happen next time.

- There was a problem with the network, or with the infrastructure. Try again later.
