Why have I received a security code by email?

You have received a security code because email security is active on your account. As a result, with each action that includes an Ogrines transaction, or any change to your account information, you will be asked to enter a code to confirm the transaction or change to your account.

Email security could have:

- Been activated by yourself because you are concerned about the security of your account and your personal information

- Been automatically activated in order to protect your account which, having been checked, could have some confidentiality issues.

However, you can disable it whenever you want through the "My Ogrines" tab of your account management page.
