What should I do with the security code?

If email security is active, when you confirm your transaction (DOFUS Service, subscription via Ogrines, change of information on your account), we will ask you to enter the security code that you were sent by email.

Go to your email inbox, where you will have received an email with the subject "Security Code – Ankama". Copy the code from the email, return to your current transaction’s web page, and paste it in the appropriate input field. If the code you entered is correct, your transaction or the modification in progress will then be securely confirmed.
