When I'm using the Exchange, I can see the amount of Kamas/Ogrines available in my offer decrease, but I don't receive any payment. Why?

Each offer listed on the Kama Exchange may actually consist of several offers from several different vendors who have placed an offer with the same exchange rate. For example, if Player A offers 1,000 Kamas at 35 Kamas per Ogrine and a second player B then places an offer of 2000 Kamas at 35 Kamas per Ogrine, you will only see one offer of 3000 Kamas displayed on the Exchange (Player A’s offer + Player B’s offer) at 35 Kamas per Ogrine.

All of the offers on the Kama Exchange that have the same exchange rate are all grouped together and appear as a single offer. That is why it is possible that you saw the amount of Ogrines or Kamas in the offer corresponding to the same exchange rate as yours decrease without you receiving payment (in Ogrines or Kamas according to the offer you placed). The way this system works is very simple, when a player buys a certain amount of Kamas or Ogrines at a rate matching your offer, the Kamas or Ogrines will first be debited from the first offer placed at the associated exchange rate. This is why you will not receive payment until a player has bought enough Kamas from the grouped amount to cause your bid become the oldest on the Exchange.

Don’t worry, the way the system works appears complicated at first but it is actually quite simple. You will receive your payment whatever happens once a player buys the Kamas or Ogrines that match your offer and you will be notified by email. If all or part of your offer has not found a buyer 48 hours after its creation, it will be automatically removed from the Kama Exchange and you will receive your unsold Ogrines or Kamas.
