My Ogrines have been debited but my subscription has not been confirmed, why not?

Check that your subscription has not been validated in the meantime:


- by checking the closing date of your subscription and remaining subscription time on your Account Management page.


- by checking the email address linked to your Ankama account: you may have received a message confirming your subscription.


If despite these checks, you find that your subscription still has not been confirmed, you can contact Support. It is essential that you indicate:


- Your Ankama account name


- The date of your transaction


- the transaction number


- The amount of Ogrines
