There are two possible explanations:

-The amount indicator is not up to date, in which case you just need to wait a short while for it to refresh. You can also manually refresh using the button (in the shape of an arrow) situated at the top right of the Kama Exchange and Ogrine Exchange tabs.

-You bought some Ogrines, but your payment is being verified by Support. If this is the case, the Ogrines will be linked. You will be able to use them straight away to subscribe or for Dofus services, but you will need to wait until you can use them on the Kama Exchange. They will be shown ‘greyed-out’ under the amount of available Ogrines.
