I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?
First of all, please make sure you have entered a valid email address, that your mailbox is not full (if this is the case, make room in your inbox) and that the email hasn’t automatically been sent to the junk mail folder (spam).
If, after checking all of these issues, you still haven’t received the email, please make sure your payment has definitely been processed. If it has, you can go to the Ankama Shop tab on your account management page and see if your AC#6 tickets are available there.
If not, give it a bit more time!
