Please note, only the account used during payment will be credited with the pet(s) once payment has been processed. Remember that you will get one pet for each AC#6 pass ordered. So, if you have ordered a Weekend Pass and a Day Pass, you will get two pets.
Check if your payment has been confirmed. If this is the case, you should have received a confirmation email. If you haven’t received the email, please make sure:
- Your mailbox isn’t full
- Your email address was entered correctly, with no spelling mistakes
- The email hasn’t been sent to your junk mail
Then, connect to DOFUS with the same account as the one you used to order the tickets on Ankama Shop and make sure that the pet ‘Solid Plissken’ does not appear in your presents waiting list.
If, after all this, you still don’t have access to your exclusive pet, contact support.
