In order to create an optimum player environment, access restrictions have been put in place on specific community servers. As such:

The NOX server, managed by Square Enix, is dedicated to the North American community which consists of the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

The TIVA server, managed by Ankama, is dedicated to the French and International communities respectively.

Note that a game account can only be assigned to one server at a time; not both.

If you would like to relocate to another community, an irreversible one-time transfer may be considered for your account. Please contact Support for more information.

Please note the WAKFU support team will be ready to assist you at the official launch of WAKFU. During the open beta period your tickets are used to help populate our knowledgebase, but will not be provided with answers from our support staff.
