When you view a character that has just been moved to a new server on the selection screen, you may see a "#" symbol in front of its name.

 Don't panic!

This symbol means that the name of the character has already been taken on the new server.

When you click "Play," a message will appear to prompt you to take advantage of your free character name change, so they can join their new server.

Once you've chosen your new name, the "#" symbol will disappear.
