I haven’t received my Ankama Shield security code!

Security codes are sent to the e-mail address saved on your account. We display part of this address when the code is sent.

It’s the same address as the one used for confirmations of subscriptions and password changes.

Don’t forget to check your spam folder and your deleted items.

If you have been through all of these suggestions and are still not receiving the security code, please contact us in order to change the e-mail address associated with your account.

In order to do so, you will need a valid piece of ID and a new personal e-mail address which is valid and secure.
