Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

DOFUS maintenances occur once a week, on Tuesday morning. The game servers are not accessible for this short period. These maintenances serve to improve the game, to improve communication between the DOFUS client and the game servers, to integrate changes according to each player community.
What is more, user data, such as information linked to characters, house safes, guilds, paddocks etc. is saved and archived several times a day. These saves have no effect on your gameplay.
