Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

How do I find out which version of Flash is installed on my computer?
To find out which version of Flash is installed on your computer:
- launch Flashplayer.exe which is located by default in C:\Program Files\Adobe\
- in the help menu, select 'About Flash Player'
- the current version of Flash will be displayed here. You can download the latest version of Flash on the official website.
