Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

You just have to read what's in the window that appears when your character dies in game!
To free your soul, click on your grave and select the corresponding option. If your grave is inaccessible, there are two possible solutions:
* Toggle transparency mode on using the keyboard shortcut (shift + 2). When you're in transparent mode, your tomb will be accessible.
* Enter the command '/release' in the chat window. Your soul will be released immediately.
