Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

What is a display/map/sound bug?
A bug is an error found while the game is running.
Display or map bugs indicate problems with background, character or texture display. You may encounter walls which you can walk through, elements that appear joined up etc.
Sound bugs involve differences in volume, timing problems or inappropriate sounds.
