Character restoration is not available at the moment.
You have to have your secret answer to delete a character. If you did not delete the character yourself, this means that your account is not secure.
If one of your characters disappeared without your having done anything, this means that someone has access to your account without your knowledge. In this case, click on the link just below My account was stolen. What can I do?
