For those most in need of protection… Shield activated!
Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

DOFUS » Moderation » How do I report unacceptable behaviour or comments?
Moderators are responsible for noticing behaviour which contravenes the rules of the game and bring it to the attention of the community managers. If you encounter provocations and insults, the best approach is not to reply and not to mention that a complaint will be brought against the player in question. If the player continues, you can ignore them or put them in your enemies list.
1. To ignore them,
* Click on the character or the character name in the chat zone
* Click on ‘Ignore for this session’. The player will no longer be able to send you private messages and you won’t see their messages in any of the chat channels until the next time your DOFUS client is launched.
2. To put them in your enemies list:
* Click on the character or the character name in the chat zone
* Click on ‘Add to my enemies list’. The player will not be able to send you private messages, but you will see their messages on the chat channels.
