For those most in need of protection… Shield activated!
Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

ANKAMA ACCOUNT » Rules and Sanctions » I'm unable to log in! » Message: "Connection denied. Your account has been banned."
An account can be banned from the game if its user does not respect the game rules or the terms and conditions of Use.
Go to the Manage your Account page. The reason and duration of the sanction will be displayed on the first page. A message explaining the reasons why and for how long you’ve been banned will also have been sent to the email address you provided when you subscribed to Dofus.
If the email address you provided wasn’t or is no longer valid, you can’t get such a message.
If you do not understand why you’ve been banned, you can always contact Support.
