Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

I was disconnected while playing DOFUS. This message appeared - "The connection to the server was lost.You were kicked by name_admin." Why is this?
A kick is a temporary ban and occurs when you infringe the game rules. It is an in game sanction applied by moderators.
A pop-up in the DOFUS client will specify the duration of the kick. Please respect the rules and wait for the sanction to end.
