Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

Someone stole items/Kamas from me. How can I get them back?
There is no way to get items or Kamas which have disappeared from your account back.
If the items or Kamas were stolen, then a player has access to your account. You must have give out your password either voluntarily or involuntarily. Change your password on the Manage your account page.
