I have subscribed and my subscription has taken effect, but I have not received my tokens. Why?

Check if your subscription has taken effect:

- check the date your subscription finishes and the time remaining on your subscription on the Manage your Account page

- check the mail box in which you receive Ankama correspondance: you may have received a message confirming your subscription.

Check if you have received your tokens on the DOFUS Lottery section.

If you find that you still don't have your tokens, you can contact Support.

You must provide:

- your Ankama account name

- the date of your transaction

- the method of payment

If possible, please provide the reference number of the transaction.
