For those most in need of protection… Shield activated!
Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

ANKAMA ACCOUNT » My account's security » What is account theft?
A player or players gain access to your account and your account is no longer secure if one of the following applies to you:
-You can still get into your account, but when you connect, this message is displayed: "You've just disconnected a character already using this account."
-You can still get into your account, but Kamas or other objects have been stolen
-You can't get into your account at all.
Ankama accounts are PRIVATE and PERSONAL. It is forbidden to lend or exchange accounts or to give or sell or buy it to/from a third party.
-You must use a personalised email address to create your Ankama account: do not use an email address belonging to a friend or a member of your guild or family.
-Your account, your nickname, your secret answer and the private details of your email account must be kept SECRET. You should not give them to anybody. Ankama reserves the right to refuse to help or to suspend indefinitely any account which does not comply with the rules.
