Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

DOFUS » Subscription » Selection of payment method » Credit card » How do I pay by credit card?
To pay by credit card, you must have your own credit card. A parent or a friend can exceptionally pay for your subscription, but you’ll have to be with them to make the payment. The use of a credit card without the consent of its holder is forbidden both by law and by Ankama regulations.
- Go to the DOFUS website
- Select the duration and gift you want
- Log in with your Ankama account name and password
- Select "Credit Card" as method of payment
- Confirm your address or the address of the credit card holder before clicking on "Continue"
- Then enter your credit card details on our partner website (BIBIT) and confirm your payment.
Your subscription will come into effect on your Ankama account a few minutes after payment.
Reminder: your credit card and payment details are saved on the Bibit server and not that of Ankama. Every communication from and to the Bibit server are SSL connections (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypt all information.
