    Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

My bank account has been debited but my subscription has not taken effect. Why?

Check if your subscription has taken effect since you last looked:

- check the date your subscription finishes and the time remaining on your subscription on the Manage your Account page.

- check the mail box in which you receive Ankama correspondance: you may have received a message confirming your subscription.


If you find your subscription has still not been confirmed, you can contact Support. You must provide:

- your Ankama account name

- the date of your transaction

- the reference number of the transaction

- the method of payment
