    Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

How do I pay with an audiocode?

To pay with audiocodes, you must follow THREE IMPORTANT RULES:

- Buying and/or selling audio codes in-game or on internet websites is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and liable to sanctions according to our Terms and Conditions of Use.

- Always verify the phone number you call for audio codes. Do not use a phone number you’ve previously used because it may have changed.

- Take a pen and a piece of paper and WRITE DOWN the codes you are given on the phone. Be careful, Support won’t be able to help you if you do not retain these codes.


- Go to the DOFUS site

- Select the duration of your subscription and the associated gift of your choice

- Log in with your Ankama account and password

- Select "Audiocode" as method of payment

- Enter the audio codes you are given, and click on OK.

Your subscription will come into effect on your Ankama account a few minutes after confirmation.


Special cases: If you’re calling from the Netherlands, Finland or Norway.

- Go to https://www.dofus.com/en/subscription-section

- Select the duration of your subscription and the associated gift of your choice

- Log in with your Ankama account name and password

- Select "Audiocode" as method of payment

- Call the phone number provided

- Enter the order number on your phone keypad

- Only hang up when the operator tells you to do so

Your subscription will come into effect on your Ankama account a few seconds after your call.
