Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

I paid using an audio code, how long will it take for my subscription to take effect?
Your subscription will take effect a few minutes at most after validation of your audio codes on the DOFUS website.
Special case: If you call from the Netherlands, Finland or Norway, your subscription will take effect immediately after you contact the special number.
