Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

This can be due to several reasons:
- the audio code you entered is not conform. Characters may be missing or may have been added. Check the codes again.
- you bought the code in-game or on the internet and the seller have used it before selling it to you. Please remember that you must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
- your session expired and your codes are considered as already used. Please contact Support and specify ALL the audio codes you've entered (whether they were valid or invalid).
