The telephone number I dialled to purchase an audio code is unavailable. What can I do?

The telephone number may be unavailable for several reasons. Check which case applies to you:

- You have the wrong telephone number. Visit the DOFUS website, choose "Audiocode" as method of payment and verify that you are using the correct telephone number.

- Your telephone operator restricts your use of certain special numbers, perhaps completely, or above a certain monthly rate of use from your telephone line. In this case you will hear a message such as “You are not authorised to make this call”. To find out more, please contact your telephone operator directly.

- Your telephone line is subject to restrictions by the bill payer. If you are using a parent’s or employer’s telephone, restrictions may exist.

- Finally, if you are using a mobile phone, both of these conditions may apply: restrictions on access to special numbers and restrictions on the line.
