Additional Maintenance on all Ankama Sites on February 9
Tomorrow, on Tuesday, February 9th, 2010, there will be a special maintenance period for all Ankama sites in addition to the weekly DOFUS service update.All sites, games and mobile Ankama applications will be unavailable from 7:00 AM GMT+1 until 9:00 AM GMT+1.This service period will allow for an update of our databases and core code of our servers to improve their function and to prepare for the arrival of new features.Thank you in advance for your patience!

To make a bank transfer, you must have your own bank account. A parent or a friend can exceptionally pay for your subscription, but you’ll have to be with them to make the payment. The use of a bank account without the consent of its holder is forbidden both by law and by Ankama regulations.
At each bank transfer, www.dofus.com will provide you with a new reference number that you must use. Never reuse a reference number from a previous subscription.
- Go to the DOFUS website
- Select the duration of your subscription and the associated gift of your choice
- Log in with your Ankama account name and password
- Select "Bank Transfer" as method of payment
- Confirm your address or the address of the credit card holder before clicking on "Continue"
- Confirm your order
- Print your order form and show it to your banker when you make the bank transfer. Please make sure that the reference number on your order form is actually mentioned in the comment box of your bank transfer so that your subscription can be validated.
Your subscription will come into effect on your Ankama account upon receipt of your bank transfer notice from our bank and after the processing of your payment by our Subscription Department.
