To use SafTPay, your bank or financial institution must be affiliated to SafTPay. Ask at your bank or go to their website to find out if they are affiliated.

- Go to the DOFUS subscription page

- Select the duration of your subscription and the associated gift of your choice

- Log in with your Ankama account name and password

- Choose "online transfer/SafTPay" as method of payment

- Confirm your address or that of the holder of the bank account. Click on Continue

- Choose your currency

- Confirm your order

- Copy the summary of your order (order reference number, amount, currency) which can be found on the page entitled "Summary of your subscription"

- Make the payment from the website of your bank. Ensure that you specify the reference number of your order so that your subscription can be validated.

Note: you must make the payment as early as possible (max 2 hours after you've placed your order on the DOFUS website), otherwise your payment will not be processed and your order will not be validated.
