Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

DOFUS » Subscription » Selection of payment method » PaySafeCard » How do I pay with PaySafeCard?
To pay by PaySafeCard, you must first purchase one or more PaySafeCard(s). PaySafeCards are available in various outlets. Depending on the outlet, your Paysafecard may differ in appearance, but all cards function in the same way.
- Go to the DOFUS website
- Select the duration of your subscription and the associated gift of your choice
- Log in with your Ankama account name and password
- Select "Prepaid card/PaySafeCard" as method of payment
- Confirm your address or that of the owner of the PaySafeCard. Click on Continue
- When you confirm your payment, you will be automatically redirected to the PaySafeCard website
- Enter the pin codes of your PaySafeCard(s) on the PaySafeCard website. Click on Pay Now
- Confirm the transaction by clicking OK.
Your subscription will come into effect on your Ankama account a few minutes after validation at most.
