I paid my subscription by transfer, but forgot to include a transaction number/order reference number what can I do?

Without your transaction number, our subscription department will not know which Ankama account to credit.

You can contact Support, using the DOFUS subscription heading. You must provide:

- your Ankama account name

- the date of your transaction

- the date of transfer

- the transaction number
