I tried making a payment with SafTPay from my online bank account, but an error message appeared. Why?

To use SafTPay, your bank or financial institution must be affiliated to SafTPay. Your bank may not be a partner of SafTPay. Ask at your bank or go to their website to find out if they are affiliated.

You must make the payment as early as possible (max 2 hours after you've placed your order on the DOFUS website), otherwise your payment will be refused. Should this occur, you must renew your order on the DOFUS website
