I have not received my subscription gift. What should I do?

Perhaps you have received your gift, but that you can’t see it. In this case, the gift in question is probably the last one you received.

Some packs bought from Ankama Shop come with two subscription pets. Give the first gift to one of your characters and the second should appear.

If you still don’t see your gift, you can contact Support. You must provide:

- your Ankama account name

- the date of your transaction

- your transaction number

- the pet you wish to receive, according to the duration of your subscription
