Ankama accounts are user accounts which are accessible through an account name and password to allow access to Ankama's services and products.

The account name and password of any such account must be kept confidential.

Ownership and responsibility

Ankama accounts are placed at the disposal of users, but all accounts remain the property of Ankama. Users uphold to not give access to any account to a third party. Lending, sharing, exchanging, giving, buying and selling of accounts is therefore forbidden.

Users must take all appropriate measures to ensure that no third party may access their account, including use without the knowledge of the holder of the account.

Users are responsible for all activity carried out with their account.

Validy of an Ankama account

Ankama accounts are only valid if their use complies with the General and Specific Terms and Conditions of Use relating to Ankama websites and products. As a general guide, all use must comply with the following regulations:

- all personal information must be correct and verifiable (name, date of birth, postal address)

- a valid personal email address must be provided

- all sessions on the account (times, countries, internet access provider) must correspond to the normal use of a player account.

Ankama reserves the right to suspend any account which does not adhere to these rules, without compensation.
