I picked the wrong subscription gift. Can I change it?

Yes, provided that you have not already given the pet to a character, or at least that you have not opened the gift.

If you wish to exchange your pet and you have not yet given the pet to one of your characters, you can contact Support. You must provide:

- your Ankama account name

- the date of your transaction

- your transaction number

- the pet you wish to receive in place of the original gift
