Delivery time depends on where you live, the method of payment and shipment you choose. Ankama Shop ships your order at most within 72 hours upon receipt of your payment. Then, you should add the time needed by La Poste to deliver your parcel according to the shipment option you choose.

There are three shipment options available:

- Economy

- Prioritary

- Colissimo (registered mail)

Some articles can only be sent through one shipment option.

Ankama Shop only treats and sends orders upon receipt of the payment. Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should allow a few additional days compared to a payment by credit card.
