You must have your reference number if you wish to track your parcel. You can get this number by contacting Support.
Remember to include:
- your full name
- your email
- the date of your order with Ankama Shop
- the order reference number
- the method of payment
If you already have your reference number:
- Go to the Coliposte website (in French only)
- Enter the 13 characters of your package reference number into the "Track your package" (Suivre un colis) field and click "OK"
- The page "Search results" will tell you the status of your order: date and location of processing, parcel being delivered, available, pending or shipped.
Note: Once the duration of your order reaches 30 days, you will no longer be able to track your parcel online, you will have to go to your Post office.
