How do I change my secret answer?
If the secret answer you chose when your account was certified is too simple or if your account has been stolen, you should change it.
It is only possible to change your secret answer if you can be identified as the account holder. Your account must therefore be valid.
You do not need to choose a new secret answer, Support will provide one for you.
