Newsletter or confirmation email

If you still have access to your account, you can go to the Manage your Account page to change it. To do so, your secret answer will be required. You will then receive a confirmation email in which you'll have a validation code to activate the new address.

If you do not remember your secret answer, you can contact Support. The email will only be changed if you can be identified as the account holder. To do this, your account must be valid.
