Update: Deployment of DOFUS 2.0.1
The update of all 2.0 servers announced last week has been deployed, but some unforeseen issues were discovered which made it necessary to postpone reopening the servers.Our development team is presently working on the correction of these problems. The servers should return sometime late in the afternoon.We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

First, check that you’ve entered the code properly.
Remember that gift codes can only be used for a specific subscription duration. Make sure you’ve selected the duration indicated on the gift code.
Finally, gift codes can only be used in a specific community and have a limited period of validity.
When you are sure of your code and if it still doesn’t work, contact our online Support.
