ANKAMA ACCOUNT » My account information » I would like to close my account. What should I do?
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Use, all users who can prove their identity are entitled to close their game account and to destroy their personal data.
However, you must know that an account closure is permanent. No restoration will be possible afterwards.
Besides, no subscription that is still valid on the account will be reimbursed, neither partially, nor integrally.
