As your email address must be personal and confidential, you should use your own email address, and above all never the address of a friend or a member of your guild or family.

Ankama will contact you by mail to provide you all your account details: confirmation of registration, a new password, confirmation of subscription etc. If someone other than you has access to your email account, the security of your account will be compromised.

If possible, you should avoid using a Hotmail account, especially if the account has instant messaging. Hotmail accounts are more vulnerable and therefore more often fall victim to hacking. It is best to use the email account provided by your internet service provider.

The user upholds to never allow a third party access to their account. Their Ankama account name, password and secret answer and the login details for their email account must be kept confidential.
