Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

ANKAMA ACCOUNT » My account information » My email address » I'm not receiving emails from Ankama. Is this normal?
First, check all of your email accounts. You may have created your account with an address that you don't use often and which you haven't checked.
You should also check your Spam box. Some providers put automatic filters in place and emails from Ankama may as a result be directed elsewhere.
If having done all this you still cannot find any emails from Ankama, please contact Support.
