Once the payment has been processed, your Ankama account will be credited with the pass(es) you ordered from Ankama Shop. Click on the link in the payment confirmation email, which will take you to the Ankama Shop tab of your Ankama account management page. In the “My Electronic Tickets” section, you will find your AC#6 ticket(s). In this table, you will be able to enter the full names of all the ticket holders (this is obligatory). Once this information has been registered, you will not be able to change it! So make sure you take care when entering it…

Then, you have to choose the “print” option. Click on the button and your pass will open in PDF format with the name you have just entered on it. You will need to install Acrobat Reader if you don’t already have it on your computer.

 

To print the PDF, you must first enter the full name of the person who will be attending the Ankama Convention #6 using this ticket. This information is final, you won’t be able to change it, so make sure you enter it correctly.

Once this information is complete, you will be able to print your ticket. Please note, if you order more than one ticket from Ankama Shop, you’ll need to enter the full names of all the people attending Ankama Convention #6 with these tickets.

Ankama reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor whose full name on the tickets does not correspond to their name as it appears on their proof of ID.
