My account has been debited, but I haven’t received my ticket.

Once payment has been confirmed and your account has been debited, your Ankama account should be credited with the AC#6 pass(es) you ordered. Make you sure that your pass(es) definitely can’t be found on the Ankama Shop tab of your account management page, under the heading “My Electronic Tickets”.

If nothing appears, contact support.
