Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

I can't connect multiple accounts. Why not?
Following several instances of misuse, your ISP's range has been placed under restriction. There is a limit to the number of accounts you may connect simultaneously.
Subscriber accounts have minimal restrictions. If you are a subscriber, you may contact Support to rectify the problem.
Fill out the form correctly and list all accounts you wish to connect.
